1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions govern purchases made through the La Giclée di Milano online store.
By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, subject to any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
La Giclée di Milano reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
2. Products and Artwork
La Giclée di Milano offers fine art Giclée and canvas prints featuring selected artworks.
Each artwork is produced after an order is placed, according to the size option selected by the customer.
Available size options, product characteristics, materials, finishes and other relevant information are indicated on the applicable product page.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images and colours presented on the website are accurate. However, the appearance of an artwork on a screen may vary depending on the device, display settings and other technical factors.
Minor variations that do not affect the conformity or essential characteristics of the product do not constitute a defect.
3. Orders
An order is placed when the customer completes the checkout process and submits the order through the website.
Before completing the purchase, the customer is responsible for reviewing the selected artwork, size, quantity, delivery address and other order details.
Once an order has been submitted, production may begin in accordance with our production process.
We reserve the right to contact the customer if clarification is required regarding an order or if an issue arises that prevents us from fulfilling it as submitted.
4. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
The order will be accepted when we confirm the order and/or begin processing it, subject to applicable law.
If we are unable to fulfil an order, we will inform the customer and refund any payment already made for products that cannot be supplied.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are shown in euros unless otherwise stated.
The applicable price is the price displayed for the product at the time the order is placed.
Any applicable taxes, delivery charges or other mandatory costs will be indicated during the ordering process before the customer completes the purchase.
Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.
We do not have access to or store the customer's complete payment card details when payment is processed through an external payment service provider.
6. Production
Our artworks are produced after an order is placed.
Production begins according to our internal production process after the order has been received and the necessary order information has been confirmed.
Because each artwork is produced following an individual order, production times may vary depending on the artwork, selected size, order volume and other operational circumstances.
Estimated delivery information is provided during the ordering process where available.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped from Italy to destinations available at checkout.
Delivery times depend on the destination, the specific order and the carrier used.
Any estimated delivery timeframe provided during the ordering process is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.
The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information may not be attributable to La Giclée di Milano.

8. Delivery Problems and Transport Damage
Customers are encouraged to inspect the package and artwork upon delivery.
If the package or artwork appears damaged, customers should take clear photographs of the package and artwork and, where possible, report the damage to the carrier at the time of delivery.
Customers should then contact us promptly through our Contact Us page and provide the relevant photographs and documentation.
These procedures help us investigate and resolve transport-related issues efficiently and do not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
9. Returns, Withdrawal and Refunds
Returns, statutory withdrawal rights and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and by applicable consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Customers should consult our Returns & Refunds page for information concerning statutory withdrawal rights, damaged products, production defects, lack of conformity and applicable remedies.
10. Legal Guarantee of Conformity
For consumer purchases in Italy, products are covered by the applicable legal guarantee of conformity.
The legal guarantee applies to goods supplied to consumers, including goods that are manufactured or produced following an order.
Where a lack of conformity exists, the consumer is entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any mandatory legal guarantee or other statutory consumer right.
11. Product Availability
Although our products are produced following an order, circumstances may occasionally arise that prevent us from supplying a particular product.
If a product cannot be supplied after an order has been placed, we will inform the customer and, where required, refund any payment received for the unavailable product.
12. Intellectual Property
All content displayed on the La Giclée di Milano website, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, product images, layouts and other materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws unless otherwise stated.
Such content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or commercially exploited without the appropriate authorization.
The purchase of an artwork does not transfer any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the underlying artwork to the customer.
13. Website Use
The website is provided for lawful use and for the purpose of browsing and purchasing products offered by La Giclée di Milano.
Customers must not use the website in a manner that may damage, disable, overburden or impair the website or interfere with its operation or security.
We reserve the right to take appropriate measures against unlawful or abusive use of the website.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to this requirement, La Giclée di Milano shall not be responsible for losses or delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including events affecting carriers, transport networks, communication systems, payment service providers or other third parties.
This does not affect any mandatory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.
15. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
We shall not be considered responsible for delays or failure to perform an obligation where this is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Such circumstances may include, where applicable, natural disasters, extreme weather, strikes, transport disruptions, government measures, war, civil disturbance, serious technical failures or other events that could not reasonably have been anticipated or prevented.
Where such circumstances occur, we will take reasonable steps to minimise their impact and fulfil our obligations as soon as reasonably possible.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable European Union or national consumer protection law.
Where a provision of these Terms & Conditions conflicts with a mandatory provision of applicable law, the mandatory legal provision shall prevail to the extent of that conflict.
17. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the contract, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable to consumers in their country of residence.
Consumers resident in the European Union retain any mandatory rights and protections granted to them by applicable law.
